This page describes the current setup: a static website with a single project enquiry form and no database, accounts or non-essential tracking. It must be reviewed for the actual registered business details and confirmed against the providers used before launch. It is not legal advice.

Information we collect

If you use the enquiry form, we collect the information you provide: your name, optional business or organisation, email address, optional telephone number, the service area, an optional timescale and your project description. We collect only what is needed to assess and respond to your enquiry. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you choose to include.

Purpose and lawful basis

The information you send is used only to respond to and manage your enquiry. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before any agreement.

Processors and providers

The enquiry form is delivered using EmailJS, which passes your submission to our connected email provider so we receive it as an email. In this arrangement EmailJS and the connected email provider act as our service providers for delivering your message. The website itself is hosted as static files on our hosting provider. Your email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond to you.

No analytics, advertising or embedded third-party services that set non-essential cookies are used in this release. The specific provider locations, transfer arrangements, retention settings and contractual terms are to be confirmed and named here before launch.

Retention

Enquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted in line with our normal correspondence practice. We do not use your enquiry content for analytics.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Access to email correspondence is limited to those who need it to respond to you.

International transfers

Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on that provider’s appropriate safeguards. This section will name providers once finalised.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and object to certain processing.
